Call for Papers "Lernen-Wissen-Adaption" Workshop Bioinformatics The workshop takes place on 24./25. September 2007 at the Martin-Luther-University Halle-Wittenberg. The workshop covers the application of machine learning to problems in bioinformatics. Techniques of interest include, but are not limited to,- clustering of high-dimensional data,
- text-mining in biomedical literature,
- reasoning in large ontologies
- data integration
- statistical modelling
- whole genome analysis
- comparative genomics
- gene regulation
- protein-protein interaction
- signal transduction
- proteomics
- expression analysis
- metabolic networks.
Notification of acceptance: August 14, 2007
Final versions due: August 30, 2007 Submissions should be 6-8 pages and formatted according to the LWA 2007 templates for LaTeX and Word. Each submission will be reviewed by at least two reviewers.
